The staff were fantastic, particularly the bar and restaurant staff. The entertainment was enjoyable and the circus and dance staff were really exceptional this year! Well done!

We always appreciate the set up of Club Med family rooms - it’s fantastic that our kids have their own room and space.

The food was decent, enough of a variety that nobody went hungry - that’s for sure. More vegetarian options would be nice.

Le Massif is so beautiful. I could take in that view everyday of my life and never tire of it! We enjoyed the apres ski scene this year. The DJ, music and snacks were a great addition. The photographer Alessandro is lovely.

It was our fourth year going to Club Med before Christmas. We are surprised there is not more of an effort made to decorate the space for the season. I have a nicer tree in my home than in the theatre. It’s also surprising that there is never an outdoor fire or a fireplace except for an artificial fireplace in the main lobby - the lobby that is literally only accessed upon entering the resort on the first day and leaving the resort on the last day. The spaces are very cold and it’s difficult to warm up after a day of skiing. One small residential hot tub is also insufficient for a ski resort of this calibre. I would expect a large outdoor spa space like Manoir St Sauveur or even Great Wolf Lodge.

This trip to Charlevoix qualified us for “gold status” this year. We appreciated the perks allowing us to arrive early and check out late. We found out on our last night that we had access to the exclusive lounge on the 8th floor. It would have been ideal to have this communicated with us upon check in. It was also fun to spend the bonus money on 45 clothing.

There continues to be very little to do during the day if you’re not skiing. Two ping pong tables are the only alternative things to do for a large number of people. There is very little to do for teenagers. The “teens club” is often filled with younger children who monopolize the single pool table. A games room with pool tables, games to borrow etc would be nice for the whole facility and for families to access with their teenagers.

The fitness classes are amazing. The Tabata class with coach Sam was great. Very professional.
The food is great. So many options.

his is my honest opinion: while Club Med Charlevoix meets the usual Club Med standards in terms of comfort and organization, the true Club Med spirit is missing.

From the moment we arrived, there was no smile or warm welcome at the reception something that always makes Club Med feel special. The G.O. team needs to bring back that energy, connection, and joy that define the brand.

We never met the Chef du Village once during our stay at other resorts, the Chef is always visible, smiling, and engaging with guests. Here, Harrison appeared only during the night shows.

Charlevoix is a beautiful location with huge potential, but the human warmth was missing. Please bring back the Club Med spirit that’s what makes the experience unforgettable.
