Our absolute go to skiing destination - two week long stays this year (one family, one solo). My special compliments to the Chef (food always superb) and I would like to acknowledge Anastasia in Le Marche for her above and beyond level of service.
See on TripAdvisorFantastic service and skiing, would highly recommend for family trips. We really loved the staff at the hotel, and the ski instructors were lovely. Food was great and plentiful, and the concierge was super helpful on a daily basis. Skiing was great too!
See on TripAdvisorAmazing experience!!! Excellent service, food and drinks especially from the bartender Zac!!! Spa was also great. Strongly recommend this place. We had a great time during our spring break vacation. I will definitely go back!!!!!!!!!!
See on TripAdvisorWe thoroughly enjoyed the skiing, even though the snow was melting away, the instructors were great and so was the mountain. We enjoyed the evening entertainment. Shoutout to Angelica the Choreographer, who sat with us and shared many laughs at the dinner table. She truly made our night special, and she performed on the stage with such passion and authenticity. I highly recommend this resort to all families.
See on TripAdvisorThe complex is quite new and the whole team very attentive, no matter what role they had. Everyone was extremely nice, kind and smiley. The crew is young and perfect for the family vibe the resort has: mostly families with children, parents looking for an all inclusive break while the kids are taken care by the ski instructors and recreational crew. There are different recreational activities every night, and the days are packed with physical activities. I was joining a friend with her daughter, but I’m a solo traveler. I stayed at the St Laurent suites area and the service was cordial, the bedroom was clean and nice with a great view, but I’m not sure if the “exclusive collection” is any advantage. My understanding is that the difference is that you have a lounge upstairs just for “exclusive” customers, but the lounge is just a room with some sandwiches during the day and drinks a jacuzzi - all this you can have downstairs. There are no meals upstairs or anything different than what is offered to the general audience. The concierge crew was very polite and answered very quickly to my questions, but most of my requests could not be met (a less soft pillow, conditioner to the room - which after I got from the room of my friend at the regular part of the hotel, a very kind employee told me she brought me her own from her room to me-, apperitive wine to drink with the great blue cheese they had, the air restrain of the air dryer - they remove the tip of it, but without it you cannot use it either to straighten or to define curls, etc).
The bartenders were very kind and offered fun options, the waiters were kind, Sam gave great abs/glutes classes, Genoveve guided an amazing trail with great stories about the place and nature around, Michela took nice pictures and the whole crew took part of the evening shows, making it very fun.
I would come back with children. For adults only I’d look for a more boutique place.
