The ultimate refresh!
I had a fantastic time at a tropical resort this October!
The activities were endless—tennis, squash, water sports, bars, shows, games, and dancing!! The G.O.s (staff) were so friendly and energetic; sharing meals with G.O.s from all over the world is a unique pleasure you can only find at Club Med—it’s a great chance to hear stories from so many different countries! A big thank you to Shiho at reception, who is an expert on the best scenic spots, and to Mahomi for her attentive service. Rachel, the tennis G.O., was so cheerful and skilled—she’s made me love tennis even more!!
The sports G.O. team was wonderful: Gede provided support in Japanese, while the handsome Billy and the ever-smiling Jimmy made the Aqua Gym sessions so much fun with their smiles and dance moves. And the bar team was truly powerful!! Thank you, Yosuke, for all your care and support. I also loved chatting with Nelli, Sakiko, Kiho, and Hakimu—and the cocktails they crafted were so refreshing and delicious! 😁

I’m already looking forward to seeing Mina—who was always so quick to help with everything—and the entire G.O. team again soon!!

One of the older club med resorts but as per usual the staff across the board are amazing. Special shout out to Danya, Naka, Demi, Dastan and the chef for making our stay easy and being so lovely. Kids club staff were amazing, food was extensive and my partners allergies were handled well. Trapeze staff as usual were safety conscious, fun and it was another highlight.

The rooms were fine, though we were surprised for a dive/snorkel location, there wasn't much facility within the room to rinse and dry gear properly and get sand off before entering.

The only other thig I would advise is excursions/activities for adults let us down a bit. With the resort being so busy, and the sizes of sessions, meant most of them booked out very quickly, even days in advance. Had we known, we would have booked excursions ahead of time (though this is not available to do so online). We got left with one day to do one excursion towards the end of our stay and one day to do another at the very end, missed many gym classes and we weren't able to do windsurfing last two days as they were booked out days ahead. They also need to differentiate snorkeling from diving. It makes a big difference for snorkelers if they are going out on a dive boat as the poor weather conditions affect them so much more. We ended up cancelling ourselves as the swell was so rough and friends had mentioned people being so sick and feeling it wasn't the safest having to snorkel where the divers were in big swells. If they split divers and snorkelers, they would have been able to offer more suitable locations.

We absolutely love this hotel! We’ve stayed here four times now, and every visit has given us wonderful memories.
One of the things I love most about Kiroro is the combination of Hokkaido’s beautiful nature, the relaxing hot springs, and the fantastic Club Med experience. It’s the perfect getaway for me.
I visited with my daughter in July, and we had a fantastic time.

私はテニスレッスンを受けました、コーチのKevenは良い先生で、レッスンを楽しめました。またキロロで皆さん会えることを楽しみにしています。

Excellent resort experience with great food, activities and staff. Stayed 3 nights, participated in Trapeze, windsurfing, snorkelling, tennis, archery, and some of the many events they have like pool party, aqua gym and a beach party. Tanjung, Adam, Roman, Billy, Saya & the circus team were all great with the sports and Dastan took care of the restaurant side. Highly recommend!
