It always feels like home!

This was our third time at the Club Med Ixtapa as a family of 6. No matter how often we travel and where we go, we know that going to Club Med is going to be simply perfect. The weather and the location was magnificent as expected, but the team made it a even better experience. We got to know Manu, Paolo, Kyle and Tyra (spelling?) in particular and I just wanted to take the time to write a few words of praise. They work so hard and you can tell they pour their heart and soul in their mission. We wish everyone success and happiness on their new adventures, whichever new or familiar location they may end up going. We sure hope to cross their paths again soon!

Health formalities

Vaccinations and medical treatments...
It is your responsibility to check all the necessary formalities before departure.

Vaccinations recommended:
Diphtheria
Polio
Tetanus
Hepatitis A and B
Typhoid.

Mosquitos can transmit certain viral or parastic diseases, so the use of mosquito repellents for the skin and clothing is recommended.

Risk only of the minor form of malaria (vivax) in certain relatively remote zones, far from the Resort, so you do not need to take anti-malaria drugs.

A nurse is present on site.

In partnership with the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources in Mexico, our Resort protects sea turtle nests. Every year, new born turtles are released on local beaches. In 2024 approximatly 13,000 baby turtles where relased.

Over 65% of our fresh products are sourced locally. By prioritizing short circuits, offering a variety of vegetarian options and supporting sustainable farming practices, we offer freshly prepared meals while reducing our carbon footprint.
