January ski week
Fantastic week with perfect weather. Lovely new resort with a super adults-only lounge that I wish was repeated throughout the other resorts. Superb customer service from all staff and fantastic lessons with ESF. Love Club Med!

A great hotel and good resort, but watch out for for the winds.
I visited Club Med La Rossiere as part of a large group of about 70. Overall it was very good.
As an all inclusive resort ski lessons (Thanks for the excellent instruction Dylan) and virtually all the food and drink is covered, I didn't have any of the "top shelf" drinks like Champagne and still had a great time. It's wonderful not to have to worry about having your cards or cash on you all the time, though of course if you eat or drink outside the hotel you have to pay for that (e.g. if you go to Italy for the day)
The food was great with a reasonable variety of options, from salads to seriously filling main courses, though I felt that the desserts on a few days seemed to be a standard fruit pis with some squirt cream on it on other days there was a great choice.
The hotel is very clean and tidy, with some nice little quirks that make you smile (like the hidden Santa / Papa Noel) though it could benefit from some adults only zones (having nearly trodden on a kid playing hide and seek behind the sofas in the bar) and the pool facilities are sizeable and with a fantastic view down the valley.
The bar staff were excellent, in particular Nils who seems to have an encyclopedic knowledge of cocktails and be able to produce an interesting drink for every situation, and provided a great service with a smile. Only thing is given how close the resort is were to the Italian border I wish that Club Med also stocked Bombardino in the bar (an excellent "recovery" drink after a day on the slopes).
The things to be aware of, and the reason I'm giving 4 not 5 stars, are that it is a long transfer (about 3 1/2 hours from Grenoble airport) and that the resort area is not that large, especially if the weather is bad and the connection to Italy is not open. Fortunately this didn't happen while we were there, but I've been told by folks in the group who went a year earlier that for 3 days they were snowed in and were only able to go to Italy for a single morning. It can also be very windy (and bitingly cold on the higher lifts) These aren't the fault of Club Med of course and are a feature of the resort, but unless you're going to spend your entire time in the hotel are factors to consider.
Overall I had a great time and was fortunate that the weather was sunny so was able to make full use of the skiing with only 1/2 a day restricted due to winds.

Lovely resort and beautiful ski area
Excellent service, amazing facilities and great resort. Club med makes booking a ski holiday simple and stress free. Great ski area with wide variety and grades of pistes.

Family Ski Adventure
Great 5 Star family ski experience highly recommended for a family with younger children. Vibe and skiing was exceptional and thoroughly enjoyable. Only issue was the remarkable lack of understanding or effort made for guests with a celiac condition (severe gluten allergy) especially for a child. Overall we had an amazing ski adventure.
