Turkoise Turks and Caicos

We went for a couples message and it was one of the best ever. The scenery, the sounds, the smell of the oils… but best of all was the pressure from the ladies giving us the message. It was amazing

We’ve just returned from yet another wonderful stay at Club Med Turkoise. While the rooms are admittedly simple and could use updating, the true luxury lies in the exceptional people and endless activities.

The activities were outstanding, as always. We especially enjoyed tennis, aquagym, and sailing. A special thank you to Joel, Augusto and Luna for the fun tennis clinics and tournaments, and to Elise and Sports Manager Kyle for their high-energy aquagym classes that made our mornings both invigorating and joyful.

Kyle deserves truly special recognition. Juggling his roles as Chief of Sports, interim Chef de Village, and performer in the nightly shows, his passion, dedication, and positivity were felt throughout the entire resort. We’d also like to recognize CdV Nicolas for his attentiveness to guests, and his proactive approach to resolving any concerns.

Rafa and the incredible sailing team — Etienne, Salu, Sébastien, Graydon, Elise and Tamara — ensured that every sailing experience was safe, well-organized, and thoroughly enjoyable. Whether you’re experienced or brand new, they make it an activity not to be missed.

The circus team — Tom, Gerardo, Morgan, Isa, Bella, and Etienne — truly wowed us with their breathtaking performances and exciting trapeze lessons. If you’re visiting Turkoise, trying the trapeze is an absolute must — an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience!

The nightly shows were another highlight, brought to life through the creativity and passion of Blake, whose choreography infused each performance with energy, elegance, and flair. And, he can really dance! His numbers with Kyle were great fun!

The bar team also deserves huge praise. Thank you to Adrian, Jackson, Jean, Joshua and the rest of the team (I can't remember all their names) for their excellent service.

On the culinary side, we’re especially grateful to Chef Hector for preparing special meals at our table — such a thoughtful and personal touch. Arnold, Brenda, Trova and Missael also deserve recognition for expertly managing the restaurant and ensuring every guest was well taken care of. Sous Chef Jhon also deserves a shoutout for his culinary skills, helpfulness and overall kind demeanor.

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful GEs — including Lucita, Claude, Nemie, Christopher, and Franckner — whose warmth and kindness made us feel genuinely at home. We also deeply appreciate the exceptional reception team — Alicia, Luciana, Celina, Adrian (transportation coordinator, now at the excursions desk)— who ensured a smooth and stress-free experience from arrival to departure. And of course, our sincere thanks go to all the hardworking restaurant and housekeeping teams who keep everything running beautifully behind the scenes. It was a pleasant surprise to have housekeeping manager Wendy back at Turks.

If we’ve unintentionally missed anyone, please know it only reflects the incredible number of outstanding individuals who contribute to the magic of this place.

Club Med Turkoise is far more than a resort — it’s a joyful, welcoming community filled with people who truly care. We already can’t wait to return!

We just returned from an unforgettable vacation at Club Med in Turks & Caicos, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From sunrise to late-night dancing, every moment was filled with energy, fun, and unbelievable memories.

Our days began with the fantastic morning tennis clinics and continued with friendly but exciting afternoon tournaments. The tennis team—Joel, Augusto, and Luna—were exceptional. They brought skill, humor, and encouragement to every session, making tennis one of the highlights of our stay.

When we weren’t swinging racquets, we were out on the water sailing Hobie Cats, which became another instant favorite. Huge thanks to the amazing watersports crew—Rafa, Graydon, Salu, Etienne, Thomas, Elise, and Tamara—for making every outing smooth, safe, and incredibly fun. Their enthusiasm and expertise made us feel confident and adventurous.

We also loved joining aquagym, a lively workout that always left us smiling. The overall coordination of activities was seamless, thanks to the terrific sports manager, Kyle, whose energy and organization kept everything running beautifully.

Evenings were an experience all their own. The nightly shows were spectacular, featuring singing, dancing, and impressive circus trapeze acts. The trapeze team—Morgan, Tom, Isa, and Bella—delivered thrilling performances and brought amazing spirit to every show.

Afterward, we headed to the bar where Jordan, our bartender, kept the drinks flowing with charm and great hospitality before we danced the night away with the G.O. team. The entire ambiance each night was magical.

A special shoutout goes to Wendy, the housekeeping manager, whose team kept everything pristine and comfortable throughout our stay. We also want to acknowledge Francois from Human Resources for his warmth and professionalism—he made us feel truly welcomed.

The restaurant cuisine was consistently excellent. Every meal felt special thanks to Head Chef Hector, who crafted delicious and beautifully presented dishes each day. His team delivered outstanding quality and variety that we looked forward to at every sitting.

Finally, none of this would be possible without the leadership and positivity of Chef de Village Nicolas, whose presence was felt throughout the resort. His energy, warmth, and connection with guests helped create an atmosphere that was both fun and inviting.

Overall, our experience at Club Med Turkoise was nothing short of spectacular. The resort is stunning, the activities are endless, and the people—every one of them—make it truly extraordinary. We can’t wait to return!

Don’t expect luxury at this aging property. But if you don’t mind a simple room and no updated facilities, it is a super fun holiday with activities and very friendly and lively staff to fill your day. Food was quite good but dining room service was lacking.

Massage at Club Med Grace Bay.I went for a deep tissue massage and a stretch session. Alma was fantastic! I highly recommend!
