Club Med Guilin
5/5 • 8/12/2024It was our first time to go to club med (Guilin). The staff were friendly and proactive in understanding our needs. They were very nice and helpful. We took part in a private cave exploration tour, which was very rewarding and the scenery was beautiful. The resort has different special variety shows/performances every night. The staff at the restaurant and noodle bar were kind and attentive, taking good care of our needs. We appreciated the dedicated GO team, especially Lim, Circle, Peggy, Eric, Yang, Vera, Iris, Raymond, Hilla, Donna etc. They always paid attention to guests’ needs and stood ready to offer help. Peggy was always full of passion and her energetic performances were really amazing. GEs were also friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the vacation very much.

A heartfelt thank-you to Chief Lim, Front Desk Manager Circle, and Event Manager Peggy for going above and beyond to make our family stay truly delightful. Bar Manager Frank and his team were fantastic, offering spot-on drink recommendations.
Special applause to Loic for his stunning calligraphy that captured the essence of every performance, and to Appy for always creating such an energetic and vibrant atmosphere. A big thank-you to Sophia and Naruto for their expertise in audio and video, which enhanced our experience. I’m still dreaming of Zhara’s mesmerizing voice.
Yang and Candy were incredibly helpful in providing us with all the necessary information and recommendations for our excursions. Our dining experience was unforgettable, thanks to Joe, the Restaurant Manager and his team (Sharon, Chef Jason, Chef Yves, and the lovely GEs) who added a magical touch to every meal.
Friendship from Sophia and Zhara was the highlight of the entire stay. This level of personalized care can only come from the heart. A special shoutout to Yulia, Youli, Hope, Sunny, Cassie, Hilla, Happy, Raymond and many others who made our stay feel like visiting a friend’s home. Thank you for making our short stay at Club Med so warm and memorable!

Amazing resort experience with world class service
5/5 • 18/11/2024Best resort experience with such friendly service staff with so much interactivity. At the end of my short 4D3N trip, I already remember most of the service staff. Shootout to Appy, Wind, Peggy, Jason, Raymond, Jean-Bruno, and especially my favourite LIM for the best resort experience!

Club Med has implemented new hygiene and safety measures to offer you peace of mind and a most joyful experience.
As part of the fight against Covid-19, health measures at the borders are being reinforced and may in particular require a virological screening test (for example PCR test) depending on your country of origin, transit or destination before your departure and/or before your return.
We suggest you obtain more information from the consular services of the countries concerned or on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your nationality and/or place of residence.
Vaccinations and medical treatment...
Sanitary conditions are generally good in China, but don't forget to check all the necessary formalities before departure.
Vaccinations recommended:
Diphtheria
Polio
Tetanus
Hepatitis A and B
Typhoid
Yellow fever (this vaccination is mandatory if you arrive in China from an area where yellow fever is endemic).
Meningitis A & C is recommended for regions closed to Mongolia.
Rabies and japanese encephalitus.
Mosquitos can transmit certain viruses and parasitic diseases, so you are strongly advised to use tropical mosquito repellents for skin and clothing.
Risk of the most dangerous form of malaria (falciparum) means that serious prevention is necessary (chemoprophylaxis and mosquito repellents).
As a preventive measure against bird flu, you are advised not to visit bird markets and zoos. Also, tap water in China is not drinking water, we recommend you drink mineral water.
Yanshan Hospital (for minor problems) is 15 min away.
Guilin has two other hospitals: Nan Xi Schan Hospital and 181 Hospital, around one hour's drive from the Resort.
