When what you wished for had come true
5/5 • 11/01/2025Been longing on going to Harbin and Yabuli for the snow and skiing. I really wanted to try to ski for so long and was afraid that my four days stay would not be enough until I met a very talented instructor called Idan. He is able to help me see the ski nonsense into sense and I finally enjoy the greens and few bumps on the blue trail on my last day.
Also worth mentioning Adi as a good host on the dinner flground and good know that even at thr coldest spot in China you get a very warm Indonesian warm hospitality.

Fantastic Club Med Experience
5/5 • 11/01/2025I would like to specially commend Adi, the F&B manager. He truly embodied the club med spirit and philosophy and a true and true GO at heart.
He is always on hand to check in on us and we had much discussions sharing our feedback. He is always engaging the guests and we can tell he is always seeking ways to improve the resort and the guests’ experience. He has a genuine desire to make the resort a better place which is remarkable.
He is the reason we truly had a club med experience.
Special mention also to Laurel whom we could tell has learned the ropes well from Adi having been with him at club med Bali previously. Another up and coming GO.
What differentiates club med from other resorts is the club med experience through the GOs.
