Valmorel France

We had a great time. Albeit a bit mixte in some elements. We came during the first week of July - a lot of new GOs with not much experience. A few hiccups opperationaly, which was quickly identified and fixed before it became a catastrophe. Thomas was the glue that held the site together whilst the operational difficulties were happening. Ben at the bar and front desk really is the walking spirit of club med. At the resto we always had a welcoming experience and Clubmed welcome from Marius and incredible friendly service from Aladin. Big shout out to Ben the sommelier - such a human guy. The kids club: can’t thank you enough for managing our 3 kids. It was a great chance for us to respirer. Hope to see some of the team in debala in October!
Keep up the great work guys. It’s hard work but you make a difference in people’s lives that touches them for life. 🙏

Thanks to Anaïs, Louna, Loane, Amarys, Camille and Ambre we had an amazing family holiday at Club Med Valmorel. It was our first skiing holiday with our son Cillian (6 months old) and I was a little nervous about bringing him to daycare. The girls couldn’t have been more lovely, every time he saw them he started smiling and sticking his arms out to them for a cuddle. They cared for him with so much love and were very flexible with drop off and pick up times, so that I could enjoy some hours on the slopes and still have a lot of quality time and lunch with him. Seeing him being comfortable and happy while still being able to practice the sport I love really made my holiday great. Everything in the hotel was very well organized, we enjoyed the included skiing lessons, the food was sublime and the staff was very friendly. Would definetly recommend this hotel for couples with (young) children and we’ll definetly be coming back.
