Tomamu Hokkaido Japan

I had a wonderful stay at Club Med Tomamu, and the hospitality from the entire team made it truly memorable.

A special thank you to Lyra at reception, who went the extra mile by checking if there was anything else I needed for my room. Her attentiveness made me feel genuinely welcomed.

I especially enjoyed the mountain biking activities. Reuben and Josh were incredibly patient and encouraging, helping me overcome my difficulty cycling up a challenging slope. With their guidance and motivation, I finally managed to conquer it after a few days, which was a very rewarding achievement.

Every morning, Sports Manager Ai was there to make sure everyone was properly geared up and ready for the day's activities. Her dedication and organization ensured everything ran smoothly.

I also had a great time trying different activities. Ujang and Jake made archery both fun and engaging, while Athena introduced me to bocce for the first time with clear instructions and lots of encouragement.

The restaurant team also deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making every meal an enjoyable experience.

Thank you to the entire Club Med Tomamu team for making my holiday so enjoyable. I look forward to returning!

Club Med Tomamu was a fantastic getaway with beautiful Hokkaido scenery, well-organized activities, and warm, welcoming hospitality throughout our stay.
A special shoutout to Kira for her engaging and well-run excursions, which made exploring the area fun and stress-free, and to Ai for a great hiking experience that showcased the natural beauty around the resort. Maggie at the boutique was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, making shopping easy and enjoyable, while Bruce at the main bar stood out with his friendly energy and excellent service that made evenings especially memorable.
We also appreciated the support from the rest of the team: Milka and Ashley at the main bar, Nami and Ken at reception, Anthena from the sports team, Logan the chief, Albert, Shanila the sales manager, Austin (Bingo), and Ahmed at the main restaurant, all of whom contributed to a smooth and pleasant atmosphere.
Overall, Club Med Tomamu delivered a memorable and well-rounded holiday experience, and I would gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing yet activity-filled stay in Hokkaido.

We had an amazing stay at Club Med Tomamu! The facilities, food, and activities were all amazing. Our teenage instructor, Cara, was super friendly, funny, and kind. The evening shows with everyone were also incredible, and it made the trip so special. It was truly an unforgettable experience!

We are an extended family of 7 pax. The elders are pleased dining away wide varieties of each meal, the parents are good enjoying with the activities, and child always wanting to stay with the FUN mini club med and not wanting to be with the parents!! Maybe only the teen may need to be more spontaneous to participate in activities. Other than those above, credits to the whole GO Team lead by Ahmed whose team members proactively had short chats with us throughout our 3 night stay.

We heard that the club is adding pickleball court, can’t wait for it to open!
The yoga instructor is great as she took efforts to correct postures!
Consider not to close Haku restaurant on Thursdays because it is hot-favorite.

The view is really good and the staffs are really kind. I joined the teens club, me and my brother were one of the only teens at that time and Cara managed to entertain us well, that was definitely the highlight of my trip to Club Med Tomamu! I will want to come back next time :) The excursions are excellent and I totally recommend coming to Club Med Tomamu!
