I have had the privilege of performing at Club Med Charlevoix several times, and I am always amazed by the professionalism and dedication of the technical team. They are truly the unsung heroes of every show.

As a musician, I can say that their support makes all the difference — they anticipate every need, solve problems quickly, and always work with a smile.

The place is great! I was a CMA musician on a trip with my family. Great place to relax and decompress for families with kids. The mini club was great. Everyone there was really easy and great to work with and my son loved them.
As for me, being a CMA, I had to work with the tech team. They were all super friendly and great to work with. I had the chance to work with Josh, Uriel and Obed, all great guys. Setting up during sound check was fun and easy. It made my experience a lot more comforting. They also do a great job setting up the sound for night time games/party. Thanks Tech team, looking forward to my next visit!

The every scenery, atmosphere, team members and amenities are all fantastic. We had connecting rooms, one for our children, and found we had more than enough room for our fan fan lily of 5. The team members at the kids club were really good with children, our kids wanted to go as much as possible as they had so much fun. There were always a multitude of food options through out the day, alot of picky kid approved foods were available at each meal. Activities were well run if you're into that kind of thing. The pool/ hot tub area was a favorite spot of ours, very clean and staffed with lifeguards. Though it was Fall when we stayed, there are enough activities to keep you busy all day, every day of you wish. There's also alot of quiet areas to relax at instead. We would definetly return for another stay.
