Lots to love at this beautiful, well run resort. Rooms compact but functional, tons of activities and the mountain biking was amazing, and the food, drinks and entertainment were superlative.

A few issues: 1) The pool/hot tub closed at 1830 every day, 2) The “teen” club geared towards younger kids aged 11-12 so my actual teens hated it and wouldn’t go back, leaving them at odd ends for much of the week, 3) Food hygiene at the buffet restaurant is just okay, most cooking staff great but some dubious thermal practices, kids putting their hands all over food unsupervised, a few adults reusing dirty plates, no signage/direction given or enforced, we all had GI upset by the end of the week, 4) The app had no resort map and some of the directions were not great so it was very hard to figure anything out the first two days, like where/how to find or sign up for activities. The resort is “paperless” and relies on a very generic app that doesn’t have enough information (and also means you have to carry your phone everywhere); a one-page paper handout (even with a QR code for the app) at check in would do a world of good here.

Zoe was amazing working with my 5 and 7 year olds in the kids club. She made sure they had everything they needed daily, provided me with updates, and were my kids favorite camp counselor. She is energetic, positive, and engages kids with her storytelling. She made our experience at club med very pleasant and we will definitely be back again.

We enjoyed the mountain biking experience. Our guide was Ariel and she was amazing. She was extremely professional as a leader, super communicator and made us feel safe on our first time down the mountain. We will return again thanks to this empowering experience. Thanks Ariel for handling all the challenges of the day, in a fun way.

Even though Club Med Québec Charlevoix is known as a winter resort, our summer stay was just as beautiful — maybe even more surprising. The region offers some of the best mountain biking and hiking experiences, with trails that balance expert‑level challenges and junior‑friendly paths. The views are absolutely stunning, and there’s truly something for every skill level.

As a family, we were especially impressed by how much effort the resort puts into caring for kids of all ages — from babies to teens. You never feel like you have to “babysit” your children or sacrifice your own activities. The G.O.s create a safe, fun, and engaging environment, which gives parents the freedom to enjoy sports, explore the outdoors, or simply relax knowing the kids are having a great time.
Overall, the summer experience at this resort deserves just as much recognition as the winter season. It’s a perfect balance of nature, sport, and family comfort.
