You may not have to go to work, but we all know being well dressed has a positive effect on our mood. So make the efort to shower, do your hair & makeup, and dress up.
Organise your desk/table and have everything you need within handy distance. Decorate it with some plants, or your favourite picture for inspiration. Make sure your chair is comfortable and that you have enough light too.
When you're absorbed in the moment, it's easy to get carried away when there are no colleagues to remind you that it's lunch time, or simply to take a break. Don't find yourself working for hours without a break. Set little alarms on your phone to take a walk, do some stretches, or even call someone you love.
