Food was great and a large varied selection of dishes every day. Very poorly labelled, so if you have a dietary restriction or allergy, be careful.

Loads of sport amenities, along with suitable staff at the events.

Swimming pools didn’t feel crowded that often.

Quality of items was poor, most umbrellas were broken, along with our shower rod and hairdryer.

Amazing week at ClubMed Marrakech!

I stayed in the oasis family deluxe room and the room itself and cleanliness was amazing.

The main pool and kids pool can be busy, Loud and overwhelming but there is a zen pool which is paradise!

Food was great however service could be better (waited 30 minutes for a glass of water, cutlery)- I know it was busy so I understand!l.

Special mention to my Isabella, I’m so proud of her and she leads all her activities with such enthusiasm, grace, positivity and inclusiveness! Her colleague Florent is amazing- congratulations to them both on a great time with lots of energy and activities.

Solenes yoga class was amazing, Vicky is not only an amazing choreographer dancer but a lovely and very interesting person- she is going places.

Touria’s cooking class was a highlight, she has such a wonderful energy and you can tell she loves what she does.

Thankyou to Zac the sommelier for organising a beaufiful table in the garden for us with some great Moroccan wine.

And the village chief Youssef does a great job- so much atmosphere in such a beaufiful location.

The resort was very nice. The rooms were specious with everything needed for family with two small kids. However if the kids bed were floor bed or lower it would be much more practical. Rooms were clean. The stuff was very friendly and kept the whole resort in beautiful condition. The food was good with a lot of choices I just found the food not very salty. Our kids were in kindergarten over there. The stuff took good care of them and they had their own pool with playground. Unfortunately the family pool by our room was closed exactly for our whole stay and we weren’t informed in advance which was disappointing.

Brilliant holiday yet again at Marrakech. An amazing place made even better by some wonderful people. Mr Crab, Jean Claude for his patience at dance class.
Sana in the restaurant always smiling. and knowing just what we wanted, also the best salads made by Mustapha. Great drinks from Ali at the Rotund bar and the ever smiling Iman handing out towels. Perfect English but helping me with my Arabic. Thank you all. Also thanks for all the extra help when we needed it due to the problems with air traffic control. 2 extra nights, lucky!

Lovely location with a great variety of activities, staff all incredibly helpful and friendly with a huge shout out to Mr Krabs, the lifeguards at Oasis pool and Mahmeed (excuse the spelling but lifeguard always in the straw hat) had a wonderful time and kids will always remember a great time here!
