Our 2 weeks stay was quite pleasant.
Ruben, le chef du village was forever present and checking on his guests. Thank you for that Ruben.
The staff were friendly and courteous.
At the Reception Julie and Maude were very helpful to us with our questions and always smiling.
At the pool, Malo, Julien, Tom, Tudor and Pierre. Great chats!
At the bar MC and Sandra were the very best, hardworking at mixing all sorts of drinks with a smile.
Anastasia the queen of snack time, that lovely lady works her bones off.
The buffet is excellent with the best salads we had for lunch and great dinners.
The room was spacious and Suzie our person kept it well cleaned for us.
We took 2 Excursions, they were informative and very good. Need to improve for English speakers.
The grounds are well kept and lush with lots of flowers.
For a little constructive criticism:
The bar, at peak time was often running out of glasses and they were very short staff at time when the line up ran deep. The staff were definitely stressed and trying their best.
A couple morning, no cups available at the coffee station so no good coffee for the early risers. Should be prepared at night. Could use a little nespresso machine in the room!
Had no Wifi for a few days in just our room, asked for a check and nothing ever changed.
The day trippers on the week end is a great idea, however, the long weekend we experienced on may 21 was four days of madness and the resort was overrun by day visitors. It was overwhelming.
Not sure if there is a limit of daily visitors, however, the club has to be sensitive to their guests who come for far away and spend a lot of money to be there. A balance is needed or it may become a deterrent.
The shop needs to do better in their selections of products and apparel. Not everyone is a S or M.
Except for these little hiccups, overall we had a lovey stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful lush flower island.

It was a fantastic time during our stay at the clubmed, the hotel is dreamy and the location is ideal so close to the beach. But since our arrival we have been given wrong and incomplete information that brought us to a frustrating start. I think the personnel lack of an overall training.

Top notch food buffets, consistently for the whole 2 weeks. Outstanding staff leading classes in - yoga, méditation, several types and levels of fitness, (Magali was gréât), latin dance lessons (Emily and Sam), the snorkeling crew (many names, all enthusiastic and safety couscous), and food service (Thalia and others). We joined a 10 person, all day tour of the island, an operating rum distillery, village shopping and a large botanic garden. Very good. Spent considérable time at the beach. Great sand, water suitably warm and ample chaises with share available. All in all, we will definitely return.

A beautiful Carribean setting with palm trees, flowers and a sandy beach. The buffet offered plenty of choices, and you could sit looking out at the gardens and the sea. Staff were warm and welcoming, and the entertainment, enjoyable. I took a cardio dance fitness class and loved it.

A special thank you to the Nautique team, including Pierre, Gabriel and Victor. Windsurfing and water skiing are included in the hotel price with instruction available for beginners. Private lessons are available too. I took several private windsurfing lessons and the instructors are very good.

Great place, good food, beautiful beach...We loved almost everything BUT there were also things that was unexpected from Club Med. For example, the local stuff often gives attitude. Not all of them but some. Some are very friendly and happy to serve. The others are cold and unfriendly . We had plates piled up on our table because nobody was coming to pick them up so we place them on the other table to free up the space: when the person finally showed up pick the dirty dishes, she gave us hard time ! Also, don't expect punctuality : the restaurants often open later than they are supposed to. Coffee at the restaurant is disgusting so I had to wait until 9:30am when the bar opens to get a good cup of latte. Dinner and lunch are fantastic, lots of variety : we enjoyed it a lot. But breakfast sucks: had to wait like 15 min for my omelet to be cooked as the cook pretended she did not see me waiting and did everything but not cooking my omelet. Breakfast did not offer much variety ( not like in Cancun Club Med where you get even smoked salmon for breakfast )
