Step 2 – Book flights from Australia
Fly from your closest Australian airport to Malé, usually via Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Dubai or Doha.

Step 3 – Speedboat to the island
Your package includes speedboat transfers between Malé and Club Med Kani (around 25 minutes).

Step 4 – Switch off and reset
Meals, drinks, activities and workshops are organised, with plenty of time to rest how you want.

Workshops designed for the mental load

Mumcation includes three half day workshops led by Australian wellness coach and author Tammi Kirkness, specialising in nervous system regulation and the mental load of modern motherhood.
You’ll explore:

Why your brain never switches off and what the “mental load” really is.
Guilt free rest, boundaries and saying yes to yourself.
Practical tools to bring home so change lasts beyond the retreat.

Practical details for Australian mums

To reach Mumcation at Club Med Kani, you fly from your nearest Australian airport (for example Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide) to Malé, usually via a major hub such as Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Dubai or Doha.
From Malé, your package includes a speedboat transfer of around 25 minutes to Club Med Kani.

November in the Maldives is warm and tropical, ideal for swimming and beach time.
Pack light, breathable clothing, swimwear, resortcasual outfits and a notebook if you like to journal.
