STATUS IN OUR RESORTS
In line with the continued worldwide pandemic prevention and control measures limiting cross border travel as well as the local government's entry restrictions in the countries we operate, Club Med will not be able welcome guests at this moment and until further notice.
Club Med guests with existing bookings for imminent travel will have their booking updated by our teams with the total sum already paid credited as a Future Travel Credit*. This credit can be used for a new stay at any Club Med resort up to 1 year after the initially planned travel date.
*Credit can be used for any resort with an equivalent value. It is non-refundable, non-transferable to other traveler, non-convertible to cash. Should the new booking require a top up, you will need to pay the price difference and no refund is allowed.
What to do next?
If you hold a booking for a departure in the next 2 weeks, you can:
Call us on 0800 258 263 (Mon-Friday: 11am-8pm and Saturday 11am-4pm) - your call will be prioritised by our team.
Use our online Credit Request Form to request to cancel your stay and get a credit for amounts already paid to Club Med.
If you hold a booking for a later date:
We kindly ask you to please be patient and refrain from directly calling us at this time. We will be providing you with flexible options in the coming days.
